Yazu Massage may process personal data about you because you use its services and/or because you provided them yourself when filling in a contact form. Yazu Massage may process the following personal data:

• Your first and last name
• Your address details

How your data are processed

We collect information in two ways: when you provide information to us and when you use our website. Much data is collected automatically via cookies and third-party tracking and web analytics services (Google Analytics).

Some personal data we only collect if you provide it to us. That can include your name, address, email address and phone number. This can happen when you:

• Request information about our services;
• Make an appointment;
• Take part in a survey.

This information is used to provide the service and to contact you about a reservation or the purchase of a product such as a gift voucher.

Cookies

The cookies and anonymous identifiers used make our site and products more productive for you and enable certain website or product functionality. Cookies or other anonymous identifiers may for example be used for the following:

• Helping you navigate efficiently between the pages of our sites.
• Measuring how you use our website so we can improve it and your browsing experience.

You can decide yourself whether you accept/refuse cookies or whether your browser notifies you when a cookie is placed. More information is available in your browser settings and/or Help.

See www.allaboutcookies.org for more information about cookies.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is used to track how users use the website and how effective Yazu Massage advertisements are on Google search result pages. The information obtained is anonymised and cannot be traced back to you as a person.
